To date Andy Kottler’s only selection, ‘Die Hard’ at once was an excellent

exploitation of the Movienight environment and the perfect example of being

tagged by the Eighties.

‘Die Hard’ was an excellent base line by which to judge the transition from

Seventies to Eighties cinema, soon to be highlighted in Wiener’s ‘First Blood.’
